You can configure Alert Saver so your users can trigger an alert by simply pressing 2 keys on their keyboard. You can select from a list of key combinations that are not commonly used by other applications. For instance, Alt + F12, Shift + Print Screen, and many more.

If you don't want alerts to be triggered by pressing any keys, you can configure Alert Saver to trigger alerts by simply clicking a button on your screen.
After installing Alert Saver you will see an icon in the form of a ring buoy right next to your computer's clock. Clicking on it will show a small window with all the alerts you can trigger from your computer's tray.
You can send and receive alerts using the Alert Saver app! If you receive an alert, you can respond to it by pressing a button on your screen to let the person who triggered the alert know that you are coming to provide assistance.
Alert Saver uses technology that allows your users to receive alerts on their computers in real time. This means that as soon as an an emergency alert is triggered your users are notified right away.
If users need to be contacted on their phones they receive a push notification.
You don't have to blast an alert to everyone in your company anymore. Alert Saver allows you to target the right users, user groups, and offices depending on the kind of alert being triggered.
We can contact the 4 closest offices to the one where the alert originated. This increases the likelihood of getting a quick response.
No matter who triggers the alert, you can select to notify a specific team; for instance, the "security guards" team.
We can notify a team relative to the user who triggered the alert. For instance, the "main team" that the person who triggered the alert belongs to.
We can contact the immediate supervisor of the person who triggered the alert.
We can notify a specific computer, or group of computers, that you select.

For each alert type you can configure a "protocol", or series of specific steps, on how you want an alert to be handled.
For instance, imagine that for the "Assistance Needed" alert you created a protocol that has 4 steps. Each step has a list of "targets" (user, user groups, offices, computers) that you want to contact.
Alert Saver will start contacting everyone in step 1, wait a few seconds, and if nobody responds to the request for assistance it starts contacting everyone in step 2 of the protocol. It repeats this process until it finds someone who can respond.
